IQ Storage's price-match offer is only available to new customers, or customers who have signed up within the past 5 business days of their price-match request. For price-match approval, contact IQ Storage by phone or via the IQ Storage online help page. Be sure to include:

A direct link to where the price is stated on a competitor's site.
The price of the plan you wish to compare.
